At AyuFusion, we’re committed to making sure your order reaches you safely and on time. Please review our shipping and delivery details below:

📦 Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

🌍 Shipping Locations

1. We currently ship across Pakistan (nationwide).
2. International shipping will be introduced soon (stay tuned ✨).

🚛 Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days (major cities).
• Other Regions / Remote Areas: 5–7 business days.
• Please note that delivery times may vary during high-demand seasons, holidays, or due to courier delays.

💰 Shipping Charges

• Orders above PKR 3,000: FREE standard shipping.
• Orders below PKR 3,000: Flat rate of PKR 250.

📍 Order Tracking

• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp.
• You can use this number to track your parcel on our courier partner’s website.

🚨 Delivery Issues

• If your package is delayed or lost, please contact our support team at WHATSAPP within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
• Damaged packages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with pictures of the product and packaging.

❌ Undeliverable Packages

• If an order is returned due to incomplete/incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, re-delivery charges may apply.

• Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays.
